The Office of Equity Compliance and AVP for Institutional Diversity and Equity Compliance (Title VI and Title IX Coordinator) is the central intake point for all complaints, reports, and concerns related to discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation under the College’s Sexual Misconduct: Harassment and Discrimination Policy and Grievance Procedures, including Title IX, and the College’s Anti-Discrimination Policy and Grievance Procedures, including Title VI. The AVP oversees the investigation of complaints and grievance procedures reported to the College.
We are here to help you understand your options and ensure your concerns are addressed with care and integrity.
The Office of Equity Compliance uses Maxient as the official system for all case-related communications and updates. Some communications from the Office of Equity Compliance may be sent via email or through the Maxient portal to ensure confidentiality and timely responses.
