This page is a dedicated space for students and partners who are pregnant or parenting while pursuing their education. Here, you’ll find resources, support, and a caring community ready to walk alongside you. We are here to uplift, support, and ensure that you can thrive both personally and academically.
While we have provided contact information for several on-campus and off-campus resources, we recommend students first seek support at the Student Health Center. In addition to the support and resources offered in the health center, students will receive referrals to both on-campus and off-campus resources as appropriate.

Lactation Accommodation Spaces at Providence College
Providence College offers designated spaces on campus to support nursing parents. Each room provides a private, comfortable environment.
Ryan School of Business – Room 258 (“Wellness Room”)
Includes chairs, a sink, and a refrigerator. Access must be set up through Human Resources—please contact HR before your first use. Once access is granted, you can use your PC ID card for entry. After entering, lock the door using the bolt inside to ensure privacy. Note: There is no external indicator showing the room is in use.
Science Building – Room 209 (“Personal Use Room”)
Includes chairs and a sink. The room locks from the inside and has an external indicator showing when it is “Occupied” or “Vacant.” No reservation is required.
Mondor Center for Nursing and Health Sciences – Room 200
Includes a chair and a sink. The room locks from the inside and has an external indicator showing when it is “Occupied” or “Vacant.” No reservation is required.
